Salary (HKD) $30,000 - $35,000 / month 30000 35000 MONTH



Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal teams/stakeholders to cross-sell, leverage and maximize collaboration opportunities as well as to build partnerships with related departments or function units to enhance efficiency and execution.
  • To explore new partnership opportunity in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific for online community project
  • formulating customer lifecycle activity plan such as orientation, usage stimulation, cross-sell, loyalty reward, recontracting and winback by advising the target group and contact strategy.
  • Monitor campaign response, perform post-launch analysis and make recommendation for further improvement
  • Maintain a high quality of customer database and drive the enhancement of campaign management


Requirements

  • University degree is preferred with over 7 years of experience
  • High intellectual curiosity, energetic, creativity and personal integrity
  • Sensitive to consumer market trend with ability to identify opportunities and implement change
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proactive, creative and innovative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing loyalty program and is passionate in meeting and working with people of different levels
