Responsibilities:

The Assistant Marketing Manager (Greater China) will be acting as an important part of the team to drive 5 key KPIs including (1) user acquisition; (2) optimise Cost-per-Acquisition; (3) user retention rate; (4) service usage and (5) regional revenue via below approaches:

  • Develop content strategies, manage content on website and China’s social media, including but not limited to Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Jianshu, etc
  • Develop marketing initiatives including email marketing, paid advertising (SEM/Display), partnerships and seasonal campaigns
  • Liaise with agency to monitor and optimize performance of performance-based marketing campaigns
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness of various campaigns and promotions
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Media, eCommerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience in China online marketing field
  • You MUST love online shopping and know what’s trending in China
  • Knowledge in China SEM, SEO and WeChat is a MUST
  • Good spoken and written in Mandarin
  • Strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, creative, self-driven and able to work independently
