Our client is a leading developer in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager for their residential properties in HK and other developments China.



  • Responsible for a wide range of marketing activities for their residential portfolios;

  • Implement marketing strategies, including advertising and branding;

  • Participate in production of sales brochure;

  • Prepare market research to analyze and recommend flat mixes for residential development ;

  • Liaise and motivate property agencies on residential and commercial sectors;

  • Prepare and provide marketing and sales strategies to the senior management;

  • Execute marketing campaigns and launches for residential and commercial properties;

  • Liaise and monitor marketing services providers to ensure timely delivery of quality outputs;

  • Work closely with Project Management team on sales and marketing issues.



  • Degree in Marketing / Communication or business-related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing related field such as advertising, public relations or event management;

  • Possess a strong track record in marketing niche and luxurious properties at prime location;

  • Excellent relations with media and familiar with contractors of marketing services;

  • Conversant with procedures and documentation in residential/commercial sales;

  • Diligent and able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision;

  • Exposure in China market is an advantage;

  • Proven writing abilities across multiple communications platforms;

  • A positive team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills;

  • Strong organizational ability and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure; Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is necessary, Putonghua is a plus
