Our client is a fashion retailers with retail shops in Asia. To cope with their rapid advancement, they are now in search of candidates who are capable of joining their elite team as a Marketing & PR Manager. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • To formulate and implement marketing programs for retail chain to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence and meet business objectives.
  • To negotiate and cooperate with business partners to develop consumer promotion calendar such as selection of advertising media and, new product launch, etc.
  • To work on social media content and calendar across all platforms  
  • To liaise with advertising/promotion/PR agencies and implement effective A&P plans to achieve desirable brand image and maximize retail presence
  • To work closely with sales manager and retail manager to ensure sales turnover and profitability of the business
  • To manage retail P&L and maximize profitability by driving sales, minimizing operating costs
  • To set up yearly goals and objectives for retail on both qualitative and quantitative manner
  • Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity
  • In charge of the brand’s marketing and communication strategy
  • Manage special events such as sponsorship, parties introducing new products, or other activities the firm supports in order to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • High Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 6+ years Marketing and PR experience with track record in brand building & Strong PR network
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

 

**Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing & PR Manager
