My client is a popular fashion brand in the world and is looking an all round Assistant Merchandising Manager

Description

  • Develop merchandise plan by understanding future trends, analysing current business and collecting feedback from directly operated.
  • Establishing and maintaining replenishment & allocation plan by understanding seasonality, holiday peaks, promotions and warehouse to store lead-times and store inventory.
  • Estimate demand forecast quantities on products throughout the season
  • Establishing and maintaining replenishment & allocation plan by understanding seasonality, holiday peaks, promotions and store inventory holding capacity
  • Maximise business opportunities and meet the KPI, such as Net Sales, Retail Price, Margin, Sell-thru and Product Productivity
  • Develop OTB budgets to meet seasonal budgets and buy plans are executed in accordance to company strategies

Profile

  • Education in relevant disciplines
  • 6 - 8 years of merchandising and planning experience
  • Experience in analysing performance of merchandise planning, customer purchasing patterns, and sales trends
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership
