Responsibilities:

  • Personal assistant to Co-founders;
  • Arranging business trips for staff;
  • Responsible for daily office administrative, office supplies and equipment maintenance duties;
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mails, courier and deliveries;
  • Greeting and serving guests;
  • Arranging company meetings;
  • Assist in preparing quotations & invoices;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / High Diploma in General Management, Linguistic or related disciplines;
  • 2 years or above related experience;
  • Knowledge in hotel & flight reservation is a plus;
  • Familiar with MS Office;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
