Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stock level of the tooling, equipment and the necessary material for maintenance;
  • Ensure the availability of the tools and equipment and the necessary materials for maintenance;
  • Liaise with Procurement to purchase the demanded tools and equipment;
  • Maintain tool and equipment manuals, processes and operational guidelines with supervision from Engineer, Material Management
  • Archive tools and equipment paperwork as requirements;
  • Tag all tools and equipment with proper identification and record all tools into Tool Track system;
  • Perform physically check to the tools and equipment periodically to ensure they are in good condition;
  • Manage the calibration requirement of the tools and equipment;
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements per manufacturer's instructions;
  • Ensure return of issued tools and equipment back to the tool room after use and perform visual check for returned tools;
  • Maintain accurate tool and equipment inventories;
  • Perform duties on shift in roster (7x24) if required;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above;
  • Previous experience in aircraft materials supply, inventory control or logistics are preferred;
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese language is a plus.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Strictly follow the procedures and requirements.
