The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

  • Serve an assigned portfolio of customers
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely billing of services provided to customer
  • Meet customers’ requirements on billing services
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Manage the accounts receivable portfolio and debt collection
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end closing
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policy on billing and accounts receivable management
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects


The Person

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Higher diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • 5 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar with accounts receivable collection
  • Proficient in MS application and with experience in using ERP accounting system is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadline
