Job Posting Details

The appointee will mainly be required to i) assist supervisor(s) in vetting student/research data and organizing relevant information to compile reports; ii) maintain the database; iii) provide logistics support in meetings, research workshops and student events; iv) make arrangement for overseas trips; and v) perform any other duties as required.

Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years of work experience. The appointee should be proficient in English and Chinese and competent in using MS Office applications. On top of good organizational and communication skills, he/she should be a team player, self-driven and independent with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task under pressure.   Working outside normal office hours may be required. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
