The MSc in International Management (MIMT) Program is offered by the HKUST Business School in collaboration with CEMS, the global alliance in management education and the world league in the pre-experience Master's market. The objectives of the program are to develop students' management knowledge and skills related to managing global organizations, to enhance students' cross-cultural and international exposure, and to prepare students to be potential candidates for leadership positions in international management in a cross-cultural work environment.

The MIMT Program Office is looking for a high-caliber individual to support all aspects of the administration and operations of the program. Duties include classroom arrangement, student support, coordination of student recruitment exercises, execution of program activities/events, preparation of marketing collaterals, website management, daily program/office administration works, and any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should either be a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree, or have a diploma with 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in the education sector and program administration. The ideal candidate should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills; be highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently with a problem-solving mindset. The appointee should possess strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. He/She should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Working outside normal office hours is expected. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
