Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide administration support to operation team in order to smoothen the daily operation of the business line; such as update reports to business manager, staff related matters update, monthly roster and attendance reports handling, invoice checking and payment settlement, stock ordering forCentral Kitchen and stores etc.
  • Assist in new items launch and new shop opening flow with code creation, menu and POP preparation.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by liaise with other departments on monitor and maintenance office and Central Kitchen's equipments, lighting and car park area etc.
  • Coordinate on staff functions such as staff gathering, staff forum, company activities etc.
  • Preform administrative activities included general clerical support, and any ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience with store administration experience
  • Self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in Eatec and SAP system
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred
