  • Support to embed HKBN core values in all our learning touchpoints
  • Coordinate with business units to update Talent needs and coordinate the learning journey end-to-end
  • Assist to deliver impactful leadership development and competency on-demand programs
  • Facilitate action learning (e.g. during Orienetaion) and production of digital learning platforms
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to run company-wide Talent events and initiative
  • Provide support and assistance to the TOD team, ranging from operation administration to training and engagement activities
  • Continuously improve quality of own deliverables and act on feedback for long term development
