Job Description


  • Provide prompt and courteous hotline services to agents for underwriting enquiries
  • Handle outbound calls
  • Review applications in financial aspect
  • Diploma graduates; with 2 years’ customer services experience, preferably in insurance industry
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Fluent in Putonghua
  • Pleasant and possessing sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and customer-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure with good time management skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
