Assistant Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Operations Manager and assist in full spectrum of clinic operations issues
• Work closely and oversee day to day operations and monitor performance of the clinic to make sure clinic operate smoothly
• Plan, manage, recruitment, mobility, rotation & monitor manpower arrangement and roster for frontline staffs
• Provide high standard customer service and hospitality to clients
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Liaise with lab for sampling requirement, quotation and all related issues
• Monitor service quality
• Project management and ad hoc administrative support

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in preferably in business administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferable in management in imaging centres or medical centres
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English
• A team leader with strong operational and people management skill
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Mature, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast growth environment
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
