Purpose of Job

    • Manage Central Support Office (CSO) recruitment activities and explore new recruitment channels creatively.
    • Assist for preparing the manpower plan, PD budget, financial forecasts and staff costs.
    • Drive team member engagement initiatives including team building activities, party, new hire catch up, etc.
    • Support the Learning and Development in facilitating trainings and arranging leadership programmes.
    • Support on managing CSO team members’ performance by facilitating objective setting and performance review exercise, providing coaching to managers/team members, etc.
    • Handle staff case and support leaders on staff issues such as coaching and counselling, etc.
    • Review and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits (C&B) programs for maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity.
    • Support on various C&B projects and exercises such as annual salary and bonus review process, annual renewal of benefits provision, etc.
    • Support on HRIS enhancement and implementation initiatives, to ensure the HRIS is fully optimised for maintaining compensation processes and performing all required human resource operations.
    • Perform any duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Do you have the following?

    • Degree holder in human resources / hospitality management or related disciplines.
    • A minimum of 5 years solid all-rounded experience preferably gained from sizable companies.
    • Sound knowledge in C&B practices in both HK and PRC would be a definite advantage.
    • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, PRC labour laws and other related statutory requirements.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with high degree of flexibility.
    • Attention to details and well-organised, with good numerical and analytical skills.
    • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
    • Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
