Direct reporting to:    Regional Head of Commercial Operations

GOAL

Manage and guide the budget, forecast, consolidation, reporting, analysis and demand planning processes for the market. Lead the planning and reporting processes in alignment with globally and market defined processes and timelines. Lead the team to provide business managers with timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis, which supports them in their business decision-making. Other responsibilities include providing guidance and analysis for cross-functional activities such as investment allocation, pricing, cost efficiency, and other ad hoc topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly reporting

  • Support the analysis of monthly financial results to create insight for business managers across the market

  • Develop and reports key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning in line with local requirements and global standards

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and analysis of key topics such as channel segmentation, pricing and cost efficiency

  • Drive the process to ensure the close alignment with strategic plan, accuracy and timely global communication of the demand plan

  • Create and monitor rolling program and ensure all departments are following and matching deadlines

  • Develop new or modify existing operational procedures to drive efficiencies and adherence to changes in business models.

  • Review new terms and conditions to maximum business opportunities

  • Review new contracts

  • Assist Regional Head of Commercial Operations on ad-hoc tasks

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Preferably from sport/apparel/footwear/fashion retail/ wholesale industry

  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus

Skills & Core competencies needed:

  • Savvy in using Microsoft office or equivalent tools, especially advanced Excel

  • Profound understanding of Wholesale / Retail math

  • Strategic thinking and high degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus with cross functional teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation)

  • Strong analytical skills / Solid financial skills and experience

  • Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis)

  • Understanding of GTM process & Pricing strategy to maximize company profit
