Our client is a leading construction professional solution provider offering innovative products, systems and services to the market. There is a newly created role -- Assistant Planning Manager to focus on the supply chain planning for Hong Kong market.

You role:
  • Material demand and supply planning - based on different parties information (sales & marketing, event, open day) and past sales record and via system APO to replenish
  • Contact and issue PO to local and overseas supplier - communicate with 3rd parties and ensure all the shipment arrival on time and monitor import and export shipment as some of them are chemical and danger product
  • Inventory management - ensure in the safety stock level, avoid obsolete, meeting with sales guys regular to reduce the overstock
  • Warehouse management - monitor performance, stock accuracy, storage condition for normal, chemical and danger product, stock count, contract review, ensure the accuracy of stock balance

Your profile
  • Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in material planning, logistics or other related disciplines
  • Logical thinker with a good attention to detail and high level of commitment
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of PC and software applications including MS Office required
  • High proficiency in English & Chinese (written & spoken) and Mandarin is a plus
