Job Description:

  • Support the warehouse manager to setup standard operating procedures for all warehousing projects and review the SOP regularly
  • Perform quality assurance process and ensure the warehouse team has performed the proper quality assurance control in daily operation regularly
  • Support WMS team for any WMS implementation projects and function as the 1st level WMS support to the warehouse team
  • Plan, conduct, and facilitate the training program(s) provided to all warehouse staff in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for process improvement and implementation
  • Work closely with the warehouse managers and provide useful report findings, analysis, and supporting tools, include but not limited to WMS data analysis and VBA application
  • Support complaint handling for the warehouse team in Hong Kong and Shenzhen (e.g. Prepare 8D report)
  • Build and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders for driving an effective change management
  • Support and assist team head to drive and deliver improvement initiatives
  • Cooperate with the warehouse manager to setup KPI standard with the client and conduct internal & external KPI review regularly
  • Support any new project implementation and existing process enhancement
  • Support the quality and compliance assurance issue for the warehouse team
  • Specula tasks on demand

 Requirement:

  • Tertiary educated or equivalent experience in logistics, quality management, operation management or related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process management and implementation of logistics projects;
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills and self-motivated;
  • Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues;
  • Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure.
  • Strong process improvement mindset, preferable with quality management experience
  • Working location: Kwai Chung / Yuen Long
