Responsibilities

  • Manage key corporate accounts by coordinating sales order and further penetrate products into existing customers
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with key clients and corporate accounts
  • Drive sales performance and prospect new business opportunities, so as to achieve company target
  • Develop and follow up customers' inquiries about products, prices, availability and delivery arrangement
  • Provide after sales support to clients to ensure smooth processing of sales, and maintain close business contacts with clients
  • Monitor the performance of subordinate (Sales Executive & Sales Assistant) and address poor performance in an appropriate manner and recognize exceptional performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience, preferable in FMCG industry
  • With supervisory experience is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered be Sales Executive
