Our client is a multi-national corporation and they are now seeking for a Assistant Procurement Officer / Procurement Officer to support their team.


Job Description

  • Analyse and process routine transactional procurement activities within a defined framework and timeline
  • Work with internal clients on formulation of material / services specification and provision of advice on procurement strategy options; evaluation criteria & selection of tenderers
  • Ensure that related documentation complies with Company policies and standards
  • Handles internal clients’ and Suppliers’ general enquiries independently
  • Provide clerical and administrative support services to the team
  • Prepare procurement reports to management

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/Procurement related disciplines
  • At least 2 years related working experience
  • Working experience in multinational company is a definite advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated
  • Proficient is using procurement systems
