Responsibilities

  • Cope with market demand and customer requests to build product portfolio for new brand. Build product strategies and deliver product roadmaps.
  • Analyze and negotiate supplier cost build-ups to meet cost targets.
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target, manage the product value chain and set pricing strategies to ensure product profits.
  • Support marketing team/sales team for the monthly/quarterly promotion plan to drive business growth.
  • Create excitement through activities, events, etc to increase new brands' awareness.
  • Develop collaborations with other brands.
  • Support and develop brand promotional materials and training. (Selling tool, Brochure, Sell Sheet, Product at a glance.)

 

Requirement

  • Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing, Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated brand or product management or marketing experience.
  • Experience in office furniture industry in any aspect & passion about office furniture is preferable.
  • Strong brand development skills especially in launching a new product or increasing product awareness rate in consumers.
  • Proven customer support orientation & good presentation skill.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese / Mandarin
  • Frequent travels to Dongguan Plant & visits to customers, showrooms, exhibitions, suppliers, & designers are required.
