Assistant Programmes Manager II / Senior Programmes Officer

Responsibilities 

  • Initiate, plan and administer Student Exchange Programmes
  • Maintain close relationship with the University’s exchange partners overseas and on the Mainland
  • Explore new student exchange opportunities
  • Administer scholarships and financial assistance for Student Exchange Programmes
  • Assist in administrative duties of the Office
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

 

Requirements

  • A recognised degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge in data analytic/statistical software
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven organisational, management and multitasking skills
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural setting and dealing with people from diverse cultures would be an advantage

 

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

 

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
