Responsibilities:

  • Select potential sites and make evaluation on new shops opportunities.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate new shop opening, renovation and reinstatement projects within SOP, time schedule and budgets.
  • Provide and prepare project tenders document for all contractual parties for cost comparison and budget control. 
  • Communicate and liaise with interior designers, contractors, landlords management office (e.g. MTR Cooperation), government licensing department, equipment suppliers and all related stakeholders with good and professional manners on relationship management.
  • Prepare the submission of requirement documents for landlords management office (e.g. MTR Cooperation) and government licensing department to satisfy their statutory needs on all design elements, E&M works, fire service and MVAC works etc.  
  • Monitor construction progress on site, problem solving and ensuring compliance with landlord fitting out guidelines, food license requirement and company’s quality standards with project compete elevation.
  • In charge of pre-opening operation works and prepare for shop opening.
  • Conduct regular shop inspection and monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for operation improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder and preferably in Project Management, Building Service, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 5 years solid experience in project management that specialized for the opening of catering and retail chain shops in Hong Kong
  • Familiar with the government license regulations and all relevant statutory rules;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Project Application or relevant project software; experience in CAD/3D drawing is an advantage
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet impossible deadlines
  • Good communication & negotiation skills, strong organization and execution skills; good interpersonal skill and teamwork
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project & Maintenance Officer
