Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, provide status reports and ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Provide direction and leadership to Project Management and Development team.
  • Proactively manage all potential project issues / risks, and develop effective resolutions.
  • Develop project scopes, plans, schedules, and budget according to Project Management best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, perform analysis to evaluate the information gathered and define application workflow / system enhancement areas for generic solutions applicable to all clients of the standard software package.
  • Lead the development team to deliver quality systems according to system development life cycle. Document functional requirements / specification which are clearly defined and in sufficient detail for system implementation and operation.
  • Setup on-going support procedure to ensure the maintenance service and technical solution of the project.
  • Arrange and attend project meeting with clients or related stakeholders.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information System or related discipline.
  • 4 years or above solid experience in project management, highly preferably gained from IT sector.
  • Familiar in security market and mobile application development is a definite advantage.
  • Organized, responsible, self-motivated, pro-active and proven rapid learning capability.  
  • Proficient in MS Office & MS Project applications.  
  • Good spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Possesses certification in PRINCE 2 or PMP will be an added advantage.
  • More experience will be considered as Project Management Manager.
