工作内容

As Assistant Project Manager - CRM, you are required to:

  • Handle different projects in multi aspects for retail business development
  • Develop project schedule and keep track on the progress
  • Lead regular project meetings and document key action points
  • Analyze project gaps and design business process with various stakeholders
  • Identify any risks of project delay and provide solutions for on-time project delivery
  • Conduct training to users of business units
  • Develop user-acceptance-testing materials and schedule and facilitate it
  • Ensure the business to follow company policies and standard procedures for consistency and compliance
  • Manage change request raised by business units
  • Perform project management on SAP CRM system development, Warehouse Revamp, eSchedule system development and WhatsApp Chatbot
  • Manage and deliver CRM programs base on CRM strategy to build customer's loyalty and drive consumption
  • Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and make recommendations to marketing team for CRM programs
  • Support and design KPI report for CS team to manager call centre performance
  • Prepare project proposal with vendor justifications to support business decision making
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Board of Director

理想的求职者

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in business analysis
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in leading application projects
  • In-depth knowledge in project management methodology
  • Experience in CRM and Product Information System (PIM)
  • Experience in POS system, ERP, Oracle DB, Web, Mobile App is a plus
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing vendors
  • Retail background is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Independent, innovative and proactive
