Assistant Project Manager (Fitting Out)


The Job


You will:


  • assist the Project Manager in providing professional advice to operator enquiries regarding the capital works for the Happy Valley Clubhouse Extension Project to ensure the project delivery with quality, within budget and time schedule from the development through to handover stage
  • be responsible for management of design development & supervision of building works, project procurement and site progress supervision of architectural and interior fitting out works for both Front-of-House and Back-of-House areas
  • develop and monitor the project master plan including the project programme, project organization chart, scope of statement, major milestones, schedules, risk assessment report, etc
  • liaise and co-ordinate with external consultants, contractors, statutory parties as well as internal service providers and internal users
  • assist in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects and control project costs within the approved budget; manage and monitor the preparation of contract documentations, cost plan, project programme, estimates, payments, expenditures, cash flow and final account


About You


You should have:


  • a Degree in Building / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Management / Construction Engineering or related studies
  • a minimum of  8 years of relevant experience in construction management, specialization in architectural builder’s works. Experience in interior fitting out works is preferrable
  • hands-on application and skills on latest interior design software, such as AutoCad, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch, etc
  • principle knowledge of BIM and BEAM would be an advantage
  • conversant with Hong Kong construction and building related legislations and submission process
  • proficiency in both English and Chinese




Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
