We are currently recruiting:
Assistant Project/Technical Manager (E&M) (Ref:190000I4)


  • Carry out maintenance and enhancement works as well as new provisions for building services systems in the commercial properties owned by the Corporation
  • Plan and implement projects / engineering works from inception to post-construction stages
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, owners and government departments


  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
  • Sound knowledge of project management, contract administration and building services systems maintenance
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese


  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
