Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of property services and customer services teams to provide all round property management services
  • Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
  • Monitor and control the expenses of the operating budget of the building fund
  • Liaise with various departments internally on property management related issues

 

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property / Housing Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in portfolio management in residential properties
  • Handover operations for residential properties is an advantage
  • Familiar with BMO & DMC and experience in Formation of I/O and OC
  • Corporate Member of CIH, HKIH, or relevant qualifications equivalent preferred;
  • At least 8 years’ experience in managing sizable high-end residential developments
  • Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, I/O & OC members and the public
  • Enthusiastic, a strong team leader and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
