Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading an operation team to provide premium property and facilities management services of the residential property
  • Maintain good relationship with occupants by provision of excellent management services
  • Coordinate and monitor staff and contractors’ performance for assurance of works and services quality
  • Handle enquires / complaints / emergency matters as necessary and proper monitoring of manpower performance
  • Assist in handling pre-management work
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above holder in Property Management, Facility Management, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH or Registered Housing Manager) is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing luxurious residential properties
  • Experience in managing estate with Incorporated Owners
  • Knowledge of Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance and security & guarding laws
  • Well- organized, independent and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
