You will be required to attend tenant’s issues and assist routine property management operations including administrative tasks related.

Requirements:

  • Holder of relevant diploma / certificate in Property Management/ Real Estate/ Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Experience in managing residential building, hotel management or tenancy management will be an advantage
  • Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
  • Communicable in both Cantonese and English
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
  • 5.5 days’ work per week with short-long week
