DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop / enhance quality assurance system policies, guidelines, procedures, training materials, checklists, etc to disseminate our requirements
• Create and maintain Intranet portals for monitoring of compliance
• Project manage roll out of company selected external IT platforms
• Analyse data and generate reports
• Support business development in preparation of proposals, presentation materials and market research
• Conduct inspections at our managed properties

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin
• Ability to write good English and Simplified Chinese
• University graduate with at least two years working experience
• IT literate
• Systematic and logical
• Self-discipline
• Able to travel occasionally
