Assistant Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle job posting, application and interview arrangement
  • Maintain staff personal record and filing system  
  • Prepare employment contracts and necessary documents
  • Coordinate and organize recruitment activities and events
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciples
  • 3-4 years of relevant HR experience in sizable companies 
  • Experienced in using HRIS preferred
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, detail-minded and a good team player
