Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology

The appointee will be expected to assist the Centre Director in preparing and refining proposal, reports and papers, reviewing documentation to and from the Centre, overseeing administration related to Centre development, and the planning and coordination of resources and budget. He/she is expected to provide secretarial support in Boards/committees as required. The appointee will also be responsible for providing quality academic administrative support for the various initiative led by the LTTC such as University portfolio and curriculum review, including but not limited to develop a detailed plan and implementation guides for staff and students such as submission requirement, timeframe, roles and responsibilities of tutors and students, and assessment criteria. The appointee will also be responsible for collaborating with Faculties, Departments and other administrative units, and liaise with tutors and students and external organizations. The appointee will be required to plan and conduct briefing/workshops/activities for staff and students.

Applicants should have a recognized degree, with not less than 12 years of post-qualifications experience in administration, committee, and education technology related work at tertiary institutions at managerial / supervisory levels. They should be a highly independent administrative leader with an excellent command of English and Chinese, and strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills. Literacy in computer applications will be an advantage.


Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
