Focusing on SME client segment, the Assistant Relationship Manager is responsible to build client portfolio and endure solid client relationships.

 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing full range of financial service to achieve Business Targets; acquiring and cultivating new and existing customer relationship in accordance with the target segment; leading a business team to support the business with the aim to maximize the satisfaction level of customers.

Actively approach, pitch and understand the potential client needs and provide solutions to meet their investment needs

Maximize the revenue potential of the existing customer base whist delivering excellent service

Provide customer support by phone, email or other communication tools

Participate in marketing and promotion events e.g. investment seminars and expo

Take the proactive role in exploring new business opportunities, marketing and selling of corporate financial services

In compliance with the respective rules and regulations.

 

Requirements:

Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Good analytical and report writing skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Solid presentation, communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and proactive to learn

A self-starter, team player and is passionate about the business

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, good command in Mandarin is preferred
