Job Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote the Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
  • Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales
  • Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
  • Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc
  • Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
  • Liaise with Front Office Department or Finance Department for all reservations requiring credit approval
  • Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates
  • Prepare reports as requested (eg to travel agents, business houses etc)
  • Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
  • Provide guidance to junior team members of daily operation

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience or related discipline 
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Chinese
  • Team player and strong in leadership skills
  • Experience in departmental training delivery would be an advantage
  • Shift duty is required
