Job Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CEO and working with the executive team, the incumbent will lead our sales department and grow our customer base, customer satisfaction, profitability, revenue and most importantly people asset of our sales team. He or she should be a strong leader and a passionate coach so that the workforce can excel in terms of sales performance, service capability and provision of most admirable customer experience in the industry

  • manage and motivate sales workforce to increase sales and ensure effectiveness
  • plan, track and analyse sales and shop performance
  • apply CRM strategies to acquire, grow and retain customers and members 
  • lead for best service and experience for our customers
  • make strategic planning on sales development, plan and execute retail stores growth
  • design KPIs, monitor and assist sales workforce to achieve KPIs
  • work closely with marketing team on promotional activities
  • achieve or exceed sales and profitability goals through effective use of short and long term sales planning, budget, management and control policies and practices
  • collaborate with HR partner to source, identify, hire, engage, motivate, train, develop and retain talent
  • personally lead, design and execute talent and career development plans for all sales  leaders and members
  • cultivate open communication within sales workforce and lead most engaging motivational  practices for people to outperform as well as to grow their capability

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Business or related discipline
  • At least eight years of experience in retail sales management and development, preferably in Beauty, Health Products or relevant industry
  • Track record in planning, maximizing and managing revenue, P&L, productivities, customer satisfaction, efficiencies and most importantly staff motivation
  • Strong quantitative, planning, communication and people skills
  • Is proficient in analyzing sales performance and uses CRM to engage customers  
  • Is passionate about customers, customer insights and customer experience
  • Is highly energetic and cheerful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A passionate sales coach and people developer with huge ability to motivate others
  • Independent and creative thinker
  • Promotes positivity and team work everyday everywhere within the company
  • Believes and practices open and honest communication
