Our client is a well-established Industrial material and equipment provider with their business focus in Asia. They are now seeking an assistant sales manager to head up the team handling heavy equipment for High-end Electronics & Automotive market in China.


Main duties and responsibilities

To cope with the business growth, the Manager for major upcoming management including: 

  • Work closely with the business partner to develop and expand the product line
  • Expand the network and identify sales opportunities in Mainland
  • Develop the sales strategies to increase the market share
  • Monitor the PRC sales team channels' performance and ensure budget is achieved
  • Frequent travel to China

 

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience:

  • Engineering or related degree holder
  • 6+ years' solid BD / Account Management experience in selling machinery or equipment.
  • Confident and comfortable to communicate with senior leaders in both internal and external parties
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
