Our client is a well-established Industrial material and equipment provider with their business focus in Asia. They are now seeking an assistant sales manager to join the team to win new businesses in the Industrial Materials sector in China.


Main duties and responsibilities

To cope with the business growth, the Manager for major upcoming management including: 

  • Work closely with the business partner to develop and expand the product line
  • Expand the network and identify sales opportunities in Mainland
  • Develop the sales strategies to increase the market share
  • Monitor the PRC sales team channels' performance and ensure budget is achieved
  • Frequent travel to China

 

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience:

  • Engineering or related degree holder
  • 6+ years' solid BD / Account Management experience in selling components
  • Confident and comfortable to communicate with senior leaders in both internal and external parties
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
