An excellent opportunity to join a well-established local Food and beverage company, my client is client looking for a leader type candidate to lead their sales team of 8-9 people to further expand their business scale.

Client Details

Our client is a listed local F&B company, they are currently hiring the position to further expand their business scale as well as to manage a team of 8-9 sales.

Description

  • Help to lead a sales team to maintain and expand client base as well as to build up great company image to maintain key accounts
  • Initiate and implement sales strategies to make sure KPI and sales targets are met
  • Conduct and collect market date and insights to understand market trends and to identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide after-sales services, follow up on customer enquiries and complaints
  • Prepare regular sales report, KPI reports and market analysis for senior management

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or any related disciplines
  • At least 6 years working experience in the FMCG / F&B industry, highly prefer candidates with strong off-trade connections
  • Detail-minded, proactive, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
  • A leader type candidate with less experience would also considered for Sales Supervisor position, with promising career progression
