Responsibilities

  • Explore potential customers and marketing opportunities
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategy and activities
  • Coordinate with Outside contractors 
  • Assist in all administration duties for department
  • Support in various ad hoc projects and assignments
  • Assist in all Wedding Expo arrangement
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager (Catering)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation and banquet & event service operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
