 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales plan, monitor sales progress for assigned fairs;
  • Perform sales activities including cold and wrm calls, explore sales opportunity and develop new sales leads to achieve sales target;
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with association, sales partners, existing and potential customers;
  • Manage and monitor marketing activities including preparation of sales materials, marketing data, presentation and outlining promotional materials etc;
  • Conduct market research and provide updated information for strategic planning;
  • Supervise subordinate on daily sales administration tasks and database management for sales calling, reporting and mailing.


Desired Competencies

  • Degree holder in any discipline preferably in Marketing;
  • Minimum 4-5 years of solid sales experience in exhibition industry of which 2 years in similar capacity;
  • Good organizational skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills;
  • Aggressive, positive thinking, result-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and being a good team player;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Willing to travel overseas;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered the position of Sales Manager.
