They aim to provide a wide variety of freshly prepared food products to meet people's convenience aspirations, which made by high-quality ingredients and trustworthy growers and suppliers. In 2018, they completed five large capital investments in different countries, which included China, UK, and the US. With the rapid expansion of their business, they are looking for a new Assistant Sales Manager.

Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will need to sell and promote the Food and Non-Food item in Hong Kong Food Service market. Also, you will need to achieve monthly sales target by enhancing existing customer and acquiring new sales opportunities. Meanwhile, you will need to maintain a professional relationship with Hong Kong and Macau key clients, such as Quick-service restaurant, Hotel, Airlines and etc. Therefore, regular client visit is needed to ensure the quality of service in Hotels, Private Clubs, Theme Park, Restaurants Group and Airlines Channel. Apart from the key clients, you will need to work closely with the production team and administration department to develop different market strategies and provide sales forecast to the production team and work with Production and Warehousing to monitor and control the stock level to achieve better results.

In terms of the marketing duties, you will responsible for developing marketing initiatives, menu design, and other items to stimulate growth in sales as well as to analyze market, consumer and competitive information. Moreover, you will in-charge of managing P&L, prepare sales quotation and forecast. You will need to execute new product launches and report on success rates. During the product promotion period, you will need to assist in planning and coordinating the sales activities and need to participate in events and exhibitions. To better maintain the customer relationship, you also responsible for collecting market intelligence and feedback.

Requirement

  • Diploma educated, food related disciplines is high preferably
  • 5 years or above relevant experience from Food and Beverage industry, solid business relationship with hotels is an asset
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill
  • Target oriented and positive attitude Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
