Applicants should have (i) a good honours degree; (ii) at least twelve years' post-qualification administrative experience, preferably in higher education administration; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) excellent interpersonal, managerial, organizational, analytical and communication skills; (v) strategic thinking and capacity for adopting multiple perspectives to issues and for developing new ideas; (vi) demonstrated leadership qualities; and (vii) the ability to work under tight timelines and pressure. The appointee will provide analytic and executive support to the College's strategic directions, especially in the areas of governance and advancement.
