Salary (HKD) $35,000 - $45,000

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the design of the space and creative to embody the brand position
  • Communicate with external consultants and affiliates for store development principles which are aligned to the global retail format and brand positioning
  • Ensure that Affiliates comply with agreed standards and processes required for planning of store set-ups – provide coaching
  • Provide layout plans for store openings and store upgrades prior to implementation
  • Develop a forecast of store opening through partnership with the Affiliates
  • Set up processes and ensure that documented procedures exist. This includes periodic reviews of the processes to ensure currency and effectiveness
  • Be the central contact point for all store development projects, data, library
  • Develop a procurement approach by providing an approved vendor list for fixture and fittings (procured locally) and central procurement of hardware

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Architecture and Design or equivalent
  • 5 years in the retail industry (Apparel / Retail / FMCG), of which 2 years in a similar regional role; Consumer Marketing experience in a global brand with interactions with global HQ
  • Proficient using Autocad/Illustrator/Photoshop/Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Good retail operations knowledge, gained from retail operation, store design, layout, space management and store profitability
