Responsibilities:

l Drive team to maintain city’super store EPS standard by means of effective execution and monitoring people, products and space at individual stores according to customers’ needs

l Deputize store manager role when he/she is absent at store or leave in monitoring the overall performance

l Monitor the proper product display and also the stock level ensuring the continuous supply to customers, maximizing the sales performance

l Review previous month sales achievement, quality issues and customer feedback of their preference on the products

l Motivate the team to drive the food quality assurance by means of effective stock management and quality check execution to minimize the lost in collaborating with other division

l Ensure monthly store audit to meet Quality Assurance Division standard and follow up all the recommendation mentioned in the defect report for improvement in own store

l Monitor the staff level working in the store to maintain the delivery of excellent services at all time, achieving better result in mysterious shopper program

l Handle and follow up customer comments and feedback to maintain excellent customer relations that reinforces the service culture

 

Requirements:

l Tertiary educated with at least 7 years working experience in which 3 years must be in retail business with supervisory position, FMCG is preferable

l Able to communicate with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

l Able to display effective expression in individual or group situation

l Able to prioritize work and anticipate potential problems

l Proficient in MS Office, computer literacy

l Shift working hour/ work overtime is required
