They spend a huge resource on R&D for new product development and product improvement, which captured a significant market share from their major competitors. Due to the significant sales growth in recent years, they are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager to expand their team.

Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be reporting to Operation Manager, develop sales strategy and forecast, manage sales targets and budgets. You will oversee hundreds of SKU and ensure optimal placement of the products according to company guidelines. You will need to lead and motivate your team to provide outstanding services to customers and manage the pipeline. You will also support marketing activities and events, eg. VIP Greeting, media tour, seasonal previews.

Requirement

  • Diploma or above Experience in retail industry at shop supervisory level
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Assoicate
  • Previous experience in retail sector is preferred
  • Self-motivated person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English
