You will be responsible to achieve sales goals by providing excellent customer service as well as promoting Diesel brand and value.  Please come and join us. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

  • Motivate staff to boost sales and achieve sales target
  • Ensure smooth store daily operation and maintain positive brand image
  • Analyze key data and strategies to enhance the business
  • Provide training to the store staff on the day by day activities
  • Provide feedback / suggestions to Merchandising Team
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising in maintaining the store visual merchandising activities

YOU NEED TO BE... 

  • 6-7 years' experience in retail industry with at least 4 years at shop supervisory level
  • Previous experience in Luxury sector and outlet store is preferred
  • Strong ability in staff management
  • Excellency in customer service, pleasant personality and passionate with high fashion sense
  • Good communications skills in English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of visual display and promotions
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, mature, strong team work and enthusiastic attitude
