Our client, a HK top-tier telecom company, is now inviting high calibre candidates to join them as Technical Support Officer or Assistant System Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT/system support to contact centres
  • Perform IT server and network management and monitoring
  • Provide supports according to security compliance requirements and practices like server and network privileged access control, information security and firewall policies, facilities maintenance, etc.
  • Provide quality service and perform incident response reporting, uptime availability, IT asset inventory 
  • Standby / emergency call-out duty if necessary subject to ad-hoc assignment (No shift duties are required)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computing, IT Management or related disciplines
  • Minimun 1-year experience in IT / system support, helpdesk or system administration
  • Server and networking management knowledge and experience, such as Windows and Linux, is definitely an advantage
  • Pro-active and analytical with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Support Officer
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
