JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant, Talent Acquisition & Engagement role will support the Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition & Engagement to work with the business units to provide administrative support and assistance for the end-to-end recruitment process. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Provide all-around support to Talent Acquisition & Engagement team including job advertisement, supporting the offer management process and onboarding logistic arrangement
  • Coordination and scheduling (telephone / in-person / video conference) of interviews, as well as manage the ground logistics for candidates
  • Utilizes appropriate direct sourcing channels (e.g. internet job boards, social media) to target and attract candidates
  • Make initial contact with potential candidates to build relationships and network to determine interest level and suitability
  • Source active and passive candidates to cope with the manpower requirements
  • Prepare all relevant employment documents and handle data input in HRIS Workday system
  • Prepare regular reports to management review
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Bachelor Degree holder in HR or business discipline, with one year experience in HR administration is preferable
  • Results driven personality with strong work ethics and able to work independently
  • High energy, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well and enjoy a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, written in English and Chinese skill required
  • Outgoing and proactive, willing to learn with passion to deliver quality work
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
