Responsibilities:

  • Lead a technical team to handle daily operations of the Group’s properties including but not limited to maintenance works, technical and sustainability issues such as tenant fitting out, reinstatement and alternation works
  • Plan and review the overall technical aspects, equipment and facilities and provide professional advice for improvement proposals
  • Evaluate tender proposals & quotations and monitor all contracting works for the properties
  • Participate in handover of units, fit-out coordination and planned maintenance and technical operations
  • Work closely with property management team and external parties to ensure that specifications, work procedures, schedule and quality are in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Handle ad hoc tasks or assignment as required

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of MHKIS / RICS or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in building consultancy or maintenance management, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Conversant with Building Ordinance, Code of Practice and statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of design, tender specifications preparation, contract administration and site works supervision related to construction, refurbishment and maintenance of residential
  • Experience in smart facilities management and / or holder of qualified green building professional is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more qualification and experience will be considered as Technical Officer
  • Location: Tai Po District
